  • The software is flexible and customizable with the use of reports which allows the user to create their own in order focus on certain areas of inventory, assets or workorders.
  • Some sites that were using SAP PM had Asset Tree in use for a Asset search engine and eMaint tree is not having the same functionality so it is not very useful for those kinds of users.

  • All of my work is done on Eptura Asset and I enjoy all of the features of the program.
  • You cannot use 10 bolts for an exhaust and then 4 for the engine area area because you cannot have a part listed more than once on a workorder or invoice, otherwise it will duplicate over and over again.
