About Condor Suite

Condor Suite allows you to design frequently used documents such as contracts, confidentiality agreements, create the electronic file of employees, covering from the receipt of documents for hiring, medical examinations, performance evaluations and signed contracts, creating also predefined templates so you can use them whenever you need them.

It also shows you the management of signatures informing you of pending signatures and signed documents. It converts information into reports that allow you to make better decisions and above all it saves all your generated documents in the cloud so you can access them whenever and wherever you need them since it can be used on any mobile device such as cell phones and tablets.

Los registros electrónicos por que ayudan a optimizar tiempos y posterior a esto creando tableros o reportes podemos tener la informaciónd e estos registros rápidamente organizada y tabulada.

Cons:

Los indicadores deberian tener la opción de ser más dinámicos en cuanto a visualización de estos.Algunas funcionalidades limitadas al crear plantillas en cuanto al diseño y visualización

Hay opciones en el menu que no son muy amigables para diferentes roles. Se torna un poco complejo la estructura del menu y los metodos de consulta.La plantilla de indicadores no aplica para el proceso de Laboratorio clinico, no se pueden realizar gráficos integrados

la manera como se pueden desarrolar formularios para ser dirigidos a los cleintes de manera digital

Cons:

la funcion de la camara falla deacuerdo a los dispositivos, ademas que la funcion gestión externa no permite modificar formularios ya diligenciados porque a veces laq sesión se cierra inesperadamente. Tambien deberia tener una versión imprimible del documento para que el cliente pueda imprimir de manera mas simplificada.

Ya no me demoro en verificar las facturas para legalización de gastos, anticipo y reembolsos de los colaboradores de hecho las facturas electrónicas me llegan al correo y la misma aplicación me trae todos los datos automáticamente sin tener que hacer nada.
