- The most useful thing for me is being able to create templates with custom fields (name, date, signature, initials), set up a flow of signers in sequential order and add SMS code authentication.
- Limited branding or customisation options made documents feel a bit generic, which is a drawback when sending external-facing materials
- Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).
- I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.
