SearchExpress is document management software designed to help businesses handle documents in a secure repository. The solution can be used in healthcare, accounting, construction and government to manage enterprise content.

SearchExpress can use Artificial Intelligence to replace manual data entry.

For example, SearchExpress can use the pre-trained Microsoft Machine Learning AI to automatically extract data on invoices.

SearchExpress allows users to eliminate file cabinets and paper trails by scanning invoices and documents into the system, creating a searchable database. Users can also index, route and manage paper or digital documents for quick approval. Case, contract and records management are additional applications offered within the solution.

SearchExpress enables users to access, search, and approve documents from iPad, iPhone, or Android device.

The solution integrates with existing business applications like QuickBooks, in order to share information and accounts payable data.

The SearchExpress Voice Digital Assistant, Cyber Express (TM), provides speech queries of your business’s data.

you verbally ask questions and get verbal responses of your business’s information, from your smart speaker or smartphone. You can start Cyber Express by saying to your smart speaker or smartphone, "Hey Google, Talk to Cyber Express". This is similar to using Siri or Google Assistant for voice queries, except the query is a search of your own SearchExpress database of documents. The voice assistant works for both regular SearchExpress databases and natural-language SearchExpress databases. Natural Language Processing Allows Free-Form Questions to be Answered You can verbally ask questions and hear answers derived by using artificial intelligence to process your business's information. You can ask: “What is the inflation clause in the Smith Company contract”, and hear and see the answer: “Price is adjusted once a year by Consumer Price Index percentage”. You can ask, “When will my Surface Widget 5 ship?”, and hear and see (if your device has a display screen) the answer “July 21, 2022”, without having to view the full document. You can ask "When is the next garbage pickup?" and hear and see the answer "Tomorrow", without having to view the document. Your employees and customers can speak questions and hear and see answers derived by artificial intelligence natural language processing of your engineering documents, HR documents, policy and procedure manuals, contracts, A/P invoices, sales orders and schedules. Cloud and on-premises versions available.

    Excellent solution to automate and streamline business processes without Papers.

    As a mid-size business owner, I always look for ways to improve the performance of my company. It is not that I do not have the right staff in the office, but it is more of the challenge of increasing the productivity of the employees and helping them become more valuable to the business. When I came across SearchExpress, I was thrilled. I knew this is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to automate all of my business processes, eliminate paper from the office, and make my business more productive and efficient. SearchExpress does exactly that for me with their software.

    Medical Office going 100% paperless

    I would recommend this product without any doubts to anyone looking for a complete and robust office automation product.     I installed SearchExpress a year ago to Scan Medical reports. Just recently I started learning the full capability of this product. I started a project to get rid of some of the many forms that we use in our Medical diagnostic business. All of a sudden I was consumed with the many features that this product offers. I'm now in the final testing phase of implementing a complete work flow from the time the patients comes in through the door to the billing of the procedure. I have created Eforms for practically every paper that we use in the office. We practically have turned our center to 100% paperless. This product is the answer for any business in creating a smooth and efficient work flow.
    Cons:
    The many rich features of this product are not easily identified. The technical support makes up for it though. Customer support is always there with answers and available literally 24/7.

    You can customize many aspects of the software, and if it's not doing what you need, the developers are pretty good at adding requested features if it improves the product.
    Cons:
    It's a very complicated setup and not that intuitive. It takes a lot of time and training to get it going the way you want to use it in your organization.

    Cons:
    search results brings in a lot of results that do not pertain to the criteria. Would prefer to be able to remove viewing privileges for certain private databases

Those departments that deal with a lot of paper use SearchExpress to avoid having to file/store the paper. Others scan filed/stored documents because the software allows the user instant access and users can avoid searching through boxes for documentation that has been physically archived. The ability to create databases unique to the item(s) scanned is helpful. Users are very proactive in developing new databases. The tech support and service of this software is exceptional!

    SearchExpress is full featured with excellent support and a great price point

    Jim Geer of SearchExpress offers a tremendous product that he continually improves. His support is in my experience, outstanding. SearchExpress competes favorably with software which is much more expensive. We have placed SearchExpress in many of my client sites and have yet to hear a complaint. Jim and his company, Executive Technologies, have also been very aware of the shift to mobile and have added features to SearchExpress which allow it to function very well on platforms including the iPad.

    Exceptional, affordable, and user friendly document management software for aircraft records.

    From the very beginning (five years later) Search Express software has exceeded our expectations in managing of our aircraft maintenance records. Very prompt with their customer service in getting us back on track especially if it's a self-induced issue on our part. Extremely helpful in teaching us the fine points of virtual scanning and OCR functions of software. Scanning 1.5 million images a year with a proven software such as Search Express has given us piece of mind in a highly regulatory field knowing our records are safe and easy to retrieve. Excellent document management software for maintaining aircraft maintenance records for any airline large or small.
