    TermScout helps me to cut down the time to negotiate complex B2B contracts. By clearly indicating how our terms compare to other companies' TermScout removes friction from the process. Buyers like a 3rd party review of our documents.
    Cons:
    The only issue is that TermScout is not yet an industry standard, so I sometimes have to explain to buyers what it is and how it works.

    - It is very easy to use and navigate- The report card functionality makes it easy to digest the information provided- The ability to certify my templates if they are market balanced or better- The team, they are phenominal - Customer service / support is top notch - Ability to use the marketplace or a playbook as the review criteria - The ability to choose between AI only or AI + human in the loop

    Really enjoy working with the TS team and honing the software to be a key piece of the workflow for many clients who have a high volume contracts and limited people resources to review each one.

    Easy to understand assessment of third party contracts. Provides objective data and excellent supplemental information that provides a real advantage for negotiations. Easily customizable to assess contracts against a client's particular standards and requirements. Provides excellent first pass reviews of 3rd party contracts using both industry data and client specifications. TermScout service and product teams are really great to work with.
    Cons:
    The TS software is not yet able to apply conditional logic (e.g., if the answer to Q1 is yes, then ask Q2, but if the answer to Q1 is no, then ask Q3 not Q2; or if the answer to Q1 is yes, then the range of acceptable answers to Q4 changes). Lawyers typically apply such condidtional logic to indemnities, warranties, and limits of liability, and other interconnected contractual clauses.
