Now do meeting with predefined agenda

After using Yabbu, we are in a position to predefine agenda. This sets direction for the meeting and saves time. Also, it allows participation of people who could not attend the meeting by allowing them to share text notes.

Pros:

1. You can set meeting agenda before the start of the meeting. 2. Even if you are not able to attend the meeting you can share your views through text notes. 3. You do not to do a lot of setup in order to use Yabbu.

Cons:

The platform freeze at times or become slow. But this is a very rare scenario.

Yabbu - A new way to connect!

Yabbu is a handy tool for those wish to save time and stick a specific agenda. Most of the time you will realize that meetings get derailed and random topics are taken up. With Yabbu, the meetings become efficient.

Did you know that you only pay for users who organize meetings? You do not have to pay for participants. We do it this way because we want to prevent our customers from having to deal with red tape every time they want to invite new people to their meetings. Usefull for organisations with lots of meetings

it is inventive, and usefull for many organisations, but not fitted for our cooperation, because ni miss direct contact and not everybody use it and so the information is not equally spreaded.

Pros:

It has proven to be a mean to get more out of meetings: by shifting the information exchange part of te meeting to the preperation phase, there can be more of a focus to collaboration and meaningfull discussions rather than information exchange. In addition to this, it has been surprisingly helpfull in keeping those who couldn't attent meetings in the loop - this way also being a more sophisticated way to communicate meeting outcomes than traditional meeting-minutes.

Cons:

The approach is most valuable if you start as a team using it. So one should make it a team decision to approach this more meaningfull way of working, making is more difficult to start as a single team member using it.

Yabbu guarantees better meetings

Yabbu prevents meetings going nowhere. We spend less time on them and the vibes and results are way better.
