About EvolveNXT

EvolveNXT is a cloud-based solution designed to help insurance businesses streamline processes related to lead management, commission distribution, agent onboarding, document creation and more. The EvolveDocs module allows managers to create documents and share them across departments using automated distribution workflows.

EvolveNXT comes with a self-service portal, which enables enterprises to access training materials, sales-performance data, commission statements, and sales-support options from a centralized platform. Features of the application include notifications, enrollment status tracking, marketing campaigns management, rule-based events, audit trail, single sign-on (SSO) and more. Additionally, users can calculate payments by groups, contracts, market, plan, broker or other custom attributes.

EvolveNXT allows organizations to create customizable chat rooms and facilitate collaboration across teams via group conference calls and screen/file sharing. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

I've found that this software has a global server access and also has the longevity. According to my overall work experience with EvolveSPM, I was able to consolidate all the compensation data like billing, CRM, enrollment etc. quickly. By using this software I was able to configure payments of commissions efficiently.

Cons:

The only cons of this software that there are different settings for different features and that is why I give ease of use rating 4/5 stars.

Excelent product, supportive team

We use EvolveNXT primarily for Medicare commission calculation and quality of calculation is very high. Also we are currently implementing a broker onboarding process (another part of EvolveNXT).

Pros:

Fast implementation. Product is extremely configurable. I was able to configure, test and calculate new payment definitions in less than 8 hours. I was able to configure 10 different statement formats depending upon the producer.

Cons:

Honestly there is nothing I really do not like about the product other than the UI which is not Web 2.0. As the company is small they are too eager to please the customer.

Pros:

Software is very simple to use. I have never had any issues with EvolveNXT understanding and implementing complex commission structures. I am always able to pay my customers on time. Also, their customer service is outstanding. They always respond promptly and are able to provide a solution.

Cons:

To be honest, I haven't experienced any issues or problems with the software. My experience has been excelent
