This software has allowed me to seamlessly connect to friends in order to help troubleshoot PC issues and is always easy and fast to set up and access.

When you make a connection to a pc that is connected at the mean time to a remote desktop, it doesn't let you see the remote desktop screen.

It doesn't have the bells and whistles of its commercial rivals, but ask yourself how often do you need that stuff ? If you want to help someone out on a PC issue, or connect to a server for some admin this is perfect.

The connection method involving finding and clicking session links can be clunky for some users.
