- Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.
- Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.

- The Kommo CRM Api and the dev ecosystem, i can easily implement the functionalities of my system trought kommo, the SLA are relly descent and the documentation to implement and integrate troght my own system are really good.
- Sometimes the support team doesn’t speak the same language as you, which can make communication a bit challenging, especially when the issue is more detailed or specific. When a problem is more complex, they usually open a ticket, and in those cases the resolution can take quite a long time.
