Tableau vs CRM Analytics: Which is best for you?

Tableau allows me to connect to the SQL in real-time, Excel, cloud data and create layered visualizations instantly.

Now I am used to it, but I found in the beginning it was hard to navigate the setup of site. When we onboard new users I see them struggling as well when trying to learn all the features.

We are using Salesforce CRM analytics for our merchants to easily track their requests, complaints and services related issues, easily to access there previous records through his case id, easy to use after integration with our knowledge base

CRM Analytics is expensive for small and medium enterprises.
