Insightly vs Salesforce Sales Cloud: Which is best for you?

I love it. If not for Insightly I'd be using spreadsheets and going crazy trying to track my long list of clients that includes boiler system bids, direct commercial and industrial system sales, building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and architects, and a good number of residential boiler prospects.

I found it to be out of my budget and not very helpful.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is great because it centralizes all sales data like how much has been made, seller data like phone numbers and address and also tracks time spent on projects.

Salesforce may feel overwhelming and expensive compared to simpler dental CRMs. If implementing for front of house staff, it can be overwhelming to train and add this piece of software to staff who already juggle phones, scheduling, insurance, and patient interactions.
