Nextiva vs CTM: Which is best for you?

My favorite features are the texting, voicemail transcription and the fact that the app doesn't log out randomly.

Their approach to business appears to be: lure the customer in, demand a 3-year contract, hide the part about auto renewal, provide just average level service, hire less than competent support staff to handle customer complaints, and hope the customer doesn't become aware of the auto renewal gimmick before the end of the contract term.

The depth of features, integrations, and customization makes it a long-term solution rather than a short-term tool, and it’s become a core part of tracking and optimizing performance.

CTM unfortunately has the capacity to be buggy, and often times there's limited resources to help (unless you pay for an additional support package).
