Their approach to business appears to be: lure the customer in, demand a 3-year contract, hide the part about auto renewal, provide just average level service, hire less than competent support staff to handle customer complaints, and hope the customer doesn't become aware of the auto renewal gimmick before the end of the contract term.

The user interface (Dash) is a little confusing for people who don't work in telecom/business phone systems, but tech support is helpful and many times, once any changes are made, the system requires little-to-no interaction.

We have been with them through their technical transition over the last several years costing us thousands in human resources to adjust/fix our implementation so that our system would work correctly.
