  • My favorite features are the texting, voicemail transcription and the fact that the app doesn't log out randomly.
  • Their approach to business appears to be: lure the customer in, demand a 3-year contract, hide the part about auto renewal, provide just average level service, hire less than competent support staff to handle customer complaints, and hope the customer doesn't become aware of the auto renewal gimmick before the end of the contract term.

  • It allows you to get plan according to the needs and pay for only services you wanna use, Great work team Call Hippo!
  • To convert a "Test Analyst" user to a different role (even with the Owner profile) I had to open a chat and talk to support. When trying to view the Help section, it redirects to a login page & even with the correct usernames & passwords, it says invalid login.
