- Great user-friendly interface, built-in redaction tools that improves confidentiality, granular access controls for secure document sharing, and real-time activity monitoring.
- The only things I would improve are: the download mechanics (just start the download immediately without needing to navigate to a new screen and don't send me emails about my download being ready), the index UI feels a bit clunky, and the search feature struggles to pick up the contents of documents where uploading the contents to a doc review software and searching does capture the contents of easily readable documents.
- We are using it for some internal due diligence with various divisions and global resources so it has made it easy to delegate to the appropriate teams directly rather than having a middle man manage the internal delegation.
- Very difficult to download files -- zipped files are typically impossible to unzip because the file paths are too long and the dataroom doesn't give you the ability to truncate files
