- Consistently incredible customer service. When I have a question about how to do something such as set-up an employees commission rate or process a refund, their email replies are thorough and even included embedded videos to help me see exactly what to do.
- We have had some problems with the virtual appointment features within the app, often finding that we are missing sound or video on one end or the other.
