I love that ViralKit is customizable and I can add my own branding and make it my own. I like the ease of use and how quickly customer service gets back to me when I have a question. I host a lot of giveaways on my blog, and ViralKit has been soooo helpful!! Can't wait to use it more.

Best Giveaway Platform Out There

I could not be more pleased with Viralkit. These past two months viralkit has upped their game significantly. They have added tons of features and would 1000% recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. Prior to May of 2025, there was very limited functionality but do not have those issues anymore because they added new features.

I switched from sweepwidget because of functionality and affordability. Can do everything sweepwidget can do and more for a better price.

I love how user-friendly ViralKit is for both myself and my readers. I have not had any complaints from my readership about issues entering my contests- a big plus. ViralKit also presents itself well, it's very easy to navigate and is quite aesthetically attractive to users.

The customizable form fields allowed us to learn valuable insights about the people entering. We were able to add entry methods to have people visit our store which resulted in several new orders.

Cons:

The AI builder was good for learning the tool and building a simple giveaway. But, we had a very customized giveaway. So, we ended up building most of it manually. This wasn't a problem, but I'd like to see the AI builder become more advanced.

The most effective AI tool for generating contests

We were trying out different giveaway tools in parallel and wanted to see which one would outperform. The free trial turned out to be more than enough for us to convince us to switch from Agorapulse and SweepWidget.

We had tried a bunch of other contest-creating tools and this one is by far the most straightforward one to use. With literally 3 clicks we get from the sign-up to the first giveaway launch. The AI tool did all the job for us and we were surprised to see the analytics outperforming any of previous tools we used before. And this was just the first giveaway we launched!

Cons:

I wish they had a mobile app but apart from that there is nothing which we didn't like. We hope they will keep adding new useful features which will help our increase our lead numbers

This is a very user friendly (particularly if you are non tech like me) platform to run competitions on. Having researched the market ViralKits product was by a country mile the easiest, most customisable product available. Should you need support, their support desk is very quick to respond and the support documentation that they supply on the site is brilliant and is written for non techs like me to understand! I could not recommend ViralKit more highly. Within the short period of time that we have been using it I have run 8 different competitions and have gained a wealth of valuable marketing data that would otherwise be unavailable to me.

Cons:

Nothing it is all very good. The product is great and the price fair.
