Act! vs Less Annoying CRM: Which is best for you?

Over many years of use, I have consistently felt confident that sensitive contact information, notes, and communications are well protected and appropriately managed within the system.

They have added a mobile app (that was lacking before and the reason I almost left), added project and pipeline management, and interactive quotes to name a few of the new features. When I switched to the cloud, I had an issue getting my database converted. As I was struggling with that, my phone rang.

Now, the system is incredibly stable (including how the UI works on cell phone browsers) and I've built overdone databases for years in my businesses--this one IS THE BEST.

A potential downside of Less Annoying CRM is that it’s quite basic compared to more full-featured CRM platforms. If you need advanced automation, deep reporting, or extensive integrations, you may find the system limiting as your business grows.
