Avid CRM vs Google Contacts: Which is best for you?

It was easy to setup and integrate with our already in use outlook accounts.

If you use it for all of the outlook contact management, then it is cumbersome to be able to consistently remove the same people from a contact export for email campaigns (like competitor contacts).

I have found it to be a good experience that allows me to track phone numbers, emails, and even birthdays with ease.

Sometimes when I update a label, the system takes a while to acknowledge the change.
