Easier than Salesforce and as effective

Overall I have found Sales Hub a little easier than Salesforce to learn and use when it comes to things like report building and dashboard building.

It has been easy to use to learn, reporting, and list building are effective and easy to learn. I like to use deals for tracking activity.
Cons:
I am not a big fan of the task manager yet, I am still learning to search and manage tasks but it does not seem that I can search by all task types.

Pros:
The fact that all contacts are stored in a database and activities like form submission, websites visited are automatically recorded. It is our centralized management core for all communication threads that makes it a valuable tool.
Cons:
It seems impossible to structure an account in such a way that the elements, data and content of different regions can be viewed separately.

Reasons for switching to HubSpot Sales Hub

I was looking for adaptability as well as security and flexibility. Hubspot Sales Hub offers all this under one roof.

Pros:
I was previously using Excel to track prospects. It was working although it was VERY time consuming. Then I discovered Hubspot! Life has never been better! I have all my prospects in one place. I can track the correspondence I have with each prospect and set follow up reminders. It's all in one place and the history of the account is easy to review.
Cons:
I use the free version, which does not include the email campaign feature which is a bummer. But you get a lot for the free version, including dashboards for pipeline evaluation, which is great.

Great as an internal communication tool

We have been using hubspot sales for 2 years, and also promoted to other clients. Overall is a good experience with a lot of flexibility but it also takes time to built the system to work correctly for your business operations.

Pros:
All information you need in one platform, good for internal tasks, internal management and communication between the sales department.
Cons:
Although it comes with an onboarding, you need to really become used to the system to understand it. And if the onboarding is not done with the companies working flow in mind, it can be a mess for months. It’s not the softwares fault but it can be difficult to use at the beginning.

Reasons for choosing HubSpot Sales Hub

Teamwork CRM will soon be decripted and we were not able to test it correctly. Also we do use a lot Of automations from hubspot so we do need a more capable software for automations and emails.

Reasons for switching to HubSpot Sales Hub

Active campaign was becoming too messing for a CRM, it was great as a lead capture (lead magnet strategy) but when it came to CRM we needed something more robust.

Hubspot Embraces Sales Hub and becomes Sales Focused

4

Overall, it's a great improvement to Hubspot, where my prior critiques have been based on it not being a sales persons CRM. It's definitely made an impact in organizational outreach for us, and has allowed us to reduce CTA and time to convert because we don't miss on Follow-Ups.

Pros:
Sales Hub replaced the Prospecting Hub on Hubspot, and I love the streamlined nature of keeping up with Tasks due, overdue and upcoming, but do find the Guided Actions to be my favorite part. Hubspot helps sort recommended actions based on Deals and Prospecting, allowing myself and team to stay prepared for meetings.
Cons:
The layout took some getting used to. I had actually preferred the Prospecting Hub Layout before that was replaced. It doesn't flow as well when opening specific leads in Hubspot Sales Hub.

Reasons for choosing HubSpot Sales Hub

Cost and customization were key for us to choose Hubspot. While not cheap, the cost and value was preferable.

I like how the free trial doesn't limit the process and the performance of my everyday task. I also like the function to connect to my emails and organize the contacts and deals. I can say it is smart enough to register the details without having so much to be input
Cons:
They can improve the process of contact saving especially since most of the email credentials have their name, maybe they can save the names automatically. There are also times when i search a specific person and the search bar results do not match.

Reasons for choosing HubSpot Sales Hub

It has the best free trial for a small for-profit like us

HubSpot is one of the best CRMs for SMEs

Pros:
It is quick to setup and you can use it for free initially. It is one of the best CRM options available for a small or medium business.
Cons:
There is a lot of setup if you want to make use of many of the features. If your business is mid-sized and you have complex requirements for sales (eg. lots of software add-ons) you may not be able to connect what you need easily to HubSpot.

Reasons for choosing HubSpot Sales Hub

The automation and workflows were much more sophisticated as well as the option of adding in the other hubs like Marketing. There was much more on offer from HubSpot.
