Teamgate has been a game-changer for our sales processes at Appsembler. Its intuitive UI, powerful sales pipeline management, and in-depth analytics allow our team to make data-driven decisions swiftly. I especially appreciate its seamless integrations with our existing tools and platforms, which have streamlined our workflows and saved countless hours.
Cons:
The only minor drawback is that the initial setup and customization can be a bit complex for new users unfamiliar with CRM platforms. However, the Teamgate support team is very responsive and helped us get everything configured quickly.

Too expensive and complex to use. Required a third party to maintain.

Extremely positive. Before selecting this system, we did a lot of work in terms of reviewing the market, testing different products and researching other people's experiences in trying to find the right CRM and I am confident that we have made the right choice. You do feel like you have the support you need and the right product to manage your customers and your sales pipeline in a really structured manner.

Pros:
I like the simple and intuitive layout. There are some excellent integrations available. We have integrated with our website, Xero and MS Outlook and these work well. We are able to manage leads in a very structured manner and see all of the client's addresses on a map, which is very useful when planning site visits. We have had very close interactions with the Teamgate support team. They have been extremely supportive, not just from an onboarding point of view, but are genuinely interested in helping develop their product. Cannot recommend highly enough for a CRM system for small to medium businesses. Lastly, the software is excellent value for money and the functionality and support provided is not to be found anywhere else at this price point.
Cons:
The biggest downside to Teamgate initially was the lack of a mobile app, however we have been shown demo versions and cannot wait for it to be released in the next month or so. The Teamgate team have been very proactive in terms of communicating the development progress and taking feedback for functionality requirements.

Local support, superior integrations (especially for Xero) and cost.

Reasons for switching to Teamgate

Lack of integration and CRM features. We needed a full CRM system primarily for customer and lead management.

• Export for CSV, Excel, LinkedIn, • Custom Statues, unqualify leads, qualify leads, • Sort leads by RESP, Mortgage debt (create tag) • Import a tag directly for a bulk group (RESP, Mortgage Debt clients, young families etc.) • Convert button brings them to the sales pipeline • Sales Pipeline has who owns it, estimate $, analytics if won or lost and reason why. • Has direct functionality with Intercom, all convos can view directly on client’s dashboard. Open previous convos. • Works with mail chimp for the bulk emails. • Create activities for each client, has reminders for events attached for activities, • Planner for tasks, overdue, due today or coming due, • Dashboard, has analytics, how many new leads, what’s in the pipeline, sales pipeline etc, win ratios, • Deeper insights, tracks touch points, win/loss, conversion ratios in the different stages,
Cons:
• 1 hour of time allowed to help set up the dashboard no continued dedicated support • Can link with Gmail calendar (you can't use it as your email which is a huge factor)

What I’ve liked most is how thoroughly Teamgate covers every aspect of our sales process. They’ve thought of everything, from lead generation to finalising deals, making it seamless to stay on top of each stage. It’s been a huge help in keeping things organised and efficient!
Cons:
Honestly, there’s nothing to not like about Teamgate! Anything I felt was missing is already being addressed and will be added in the near future. It’s clear they’re committed to continuously improving, which I really appreciate.

No-nonsense CRM

Teamgate have been amazing since day 1, they helped us create and implement a new sales process - on top of implementing a CRM! There were no hidden costs, unlike a lot of other CRMs we explored.

Reasons for choosing Teamgate

Hubspot had a lot of hidden prices once they finally sent us the initial quote! Zoho looked good and has a lot of features, but many of them had no depth.

Reasons for switching to Teamgate

Pipedrive's customer support went down whilst their price went up! So we began looking for alternatives.

TG is an all around CRM that does most everything very well and with an intuitive approach. And if that's not easy enough, their onboarding process walks you through leveraging the technology to achieve the best results in minimal time. Importing large lead lists were a snap with the mapping technology and they have integrations with other partners. When we've had questions or identified anything working out of the ordinary, they have been lightning fast to respond and deploy fixes. Overall this is a company that can support businesses at scale, yet nimble enough to deliver exceptional customer service.
Cons:
There aren't any major stand out issues with TG but if I have to nitpick to keep it 100 then perhaps the integrations could be fuller with more options but zapier, u know? Another minor tidbit might be when you're reviewing the tasks for the day, to be able to mute/delay an event from the task view instead of a full edit of the task. Overall workflows are quick and easy to pick up, but there's always room for efficiency's and the team at TG is quick to integrate ideas that benefit everyone!

Price and value were core keys yet the big one was ease of use while leveraging integrations that worked!

Ease of use. It can be as complicated as you need it to be or as simple as you want it as well. Pricing doesn't hurt either.
Cons:
Probably needs a bit of a design update but that doesn't take away from the quality of the product
