Great Gift Card Sending Out Platform for Sales Teams and Account Managers

Overall, my experience with Tremendous has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, dependable, and scales well as incentive volume grows. Setup is straightforward, payouts are fast (have gotten even faster), and the wide range of reward options makes it easy to meet different recipient preferences. Integrations like Zapier significantly reduce manual work and streamline internal workflows. While there are some limitations around customization, the platform has been a reliable, time-saving solution for managing incentives and gift cards. It’s helping my company grow.

What I liked most about Tremendous is how easy it makes sending incentives and payments at scale. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and offers a wide range of payout options, making it simple to match different recipients’ preferences. Setup was quick, reporting is clear, and the overall workflow saves a ton of time compared to manual payouts. The Zapier integration is the cherry on top: it makes it super easy to facilitate gift card requests from my sales team and keep everything moving without extra admin work. Also, it's worth mentioning that it brings excellent value for the money spent. We don't incur any extra costs outside the actual gift card credit being sent.

Cons:

What I liked least is that customization is somewhat limited for my use case. I have to set up a separate campaign for each employee when sending thank-you gift cards, which makes it harder to manage. It would be much more efficient if sender details could be dynamically inserted (like the sender’s name and phone number), so multiple team members could send rewards without needing individual campaigns.

Tremendous is the #1 way our business compensates B2B and B2C experts with whom we work on commercial due diligence products. Understanding the customer experience is critical to us, and we want to show our gratitude for their time and expertise with quick, seamless, widely-usable gift cards. We run campaigns that are quick, can be used as templates for the future, and are easy to track for expense and tax filings. Could not recommend Tremendous more highly. It's the gold standard.

Cons:

Nothing I can really think of! Initially, we took a bit of time to onboard and make our very first campaign. The Tremendous team educated me on why this took time (KYC and AML reasons), and we have been smooth sailing since then.

Pros:

The platform us really easy to use, for both the sender and the receiver with a use interface miles above many other platforms. The reporting can be fully customised which is ideal for internal reporting and account needs. There are many different retailers to choose from globally which helps when you work in a remote global business as many platforms only look at the US and Western Europe. Generally the flow of the platform has clearly had thought and effort put into the build. The customer support team are also incredibly helpful and patient as we went through a long process, comparing to 20 other providers, to bring on Tremendous and Mark could not have been more understanding!

Cons:

The ability to pay into the wallet with currencies other than USD is incoming but it is really the only downside right now. Also, it would be great to have more choices for retailers in Serbia if possible too please.

Tremendous is a self-service, highly user-friendly platform that offers a wide variety of reward options. It stands out for its global coverage, making it ideal for regional and international incentive programs. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for first-time users, and provides excellent value for money by allowing teams to manage incentives efficiently at scale without adding operational complexity. User access is simple and well-organized, ensuring effective reward management while maintaining full control of the process.

Cons:

Reward tracking is quite basic and only shows the status up to “delivered.” It would be very helpful to have an additional confirmation stage indicating when the recipient has actually redeemed the gift card.

Reasons for switching to Tremendous

BHN does not support all the countries where we need to deliver rewards, such as Brazil, which limits its suitability for our program.

Extremely easy. Customer Support was great and got me approved in ~2hrs even though they quote 24 hours for the first order. I love that there are no additional fees like there are with other platforms. I will DEFINITELY be using the service again.

Tremendous is a complete no brainer. It’s the easiest, most reliable, and most functional option.

I signed up for the platform just to explore it. Right away, I found it very simple to use. The next day, I received an email from a team member who was extremely kind, his name is [sensitive content hidden]. He was very helpful, understood my needs, and went straight to showing me exactly what I needed within the platform. That confirmed what I had already noticed, that it’s very easy to use. He also cleared up a few questions I had, and by the same day I was already able to start the whole process, add funds, and begin sending gift cards. Everything worked perfectly. The recipients received their gift cards immediately, I had no issues at all. It truly works for all countries, you can cover everything.

I love how easy it is to send gift cards anywhere in the world. This makes our initiatives much easier, since we are a global company. The platform is very streamlined and genuinely easy to use. I didn’t need to read any documentation or follow a step by step guide, because the platform is extremely intuitive. Everything felt straightforward and secure. Adding funds and transferring credits was also very fast, with multiple payment options available. Simply the perfect solution for anyone who needs to send gift cards. And the best part is that it’s free. You only pay if you choose to add funds with a credit card, which has a small fee. If you prefer a bank transfer, it’s not only very fast but completely free. You don’t earn anything, and you don’t spend anything using the platform. That’s incredible. It’s also extremely easy to create and send gift cards. They provide ready to use templates, so you can simply upload your logo and send them out. You can upload the list of email addresses you want to target, and that’s it. Everything is very simplified and straightforward.

Cons:

To be honest, the only thing I didn’t like is that before finding them through a referral, I searched for this solution on Google and couldn’t find them. That was the only downside. So maybe they could improve their visibility to be more easily found on Google.

All in all, we have continued to use Tremendous and have reloaded our balance a few times now. It's easy and effective for delivering high quality rewards with a high quality interface that looks streamlined and professional when facing our clients.

I appreciated how easy the interface was to learn and get setup with. The fees are minimal and sometimes not applicable. You are able to provide your customers or clients with a lot of options to choose from with over 2,000+ merchants. When I needed assistance with verification at first, they were quick to respond to the ticket and get me set up. I am able to easily send a large campaign to many people at once and can allow anyone on my team easy access to login as well.

Cons:

The only hurdle I experienced was in verifying my company with the service and seeing when rewards are redeemed. The verification was tricky since my company operates under multiple portfolio's so the information I entered at first was not correct, but they were quick to help. I would prefer to see when people redeem their rewards by default as that lets me know when people are engaging with the campaign.

Is it great? Is it wonderful? No, its Tremendous!

Overall, Tremendous lives up their their name- they are tremendous! We have had great success with our students receiving their meal money for their programs. During any problems, they have always been quick to respond and help with our needs.

The convenience to send our student meal money for their short-term study aboard programs. It allows them to be in charge of their own budgeting and spending.

Cons:

The 4% fee on direct bank transfers. This amount adds up quickly. When we are budgeting for programs, we need to be sure to account for the extra amount that will be charged.
