Overall it was very positive. My con issue was nullified by their responsiveness and eagerness to help so not a big issue in reality.

There were a few components I appreciated about the Propello platform but standout positive was that the staff are always very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

The CMS could be a little more user friendly. My main gripe was not being able to upload an offer from a partner that hadn't already been logged by them.

Relaunch of SWR Rewards

Great technology, account and technology team enabled us re launch our Rewards program. We now have a platform which offers a consistent value proposition for our customers and prospects, without compromising our profit margins or detracting from our core sales strategies.

Cons:

Reporting is limited and not flexible. We still need to use other systems to report our weekly metrics. I am keen to see this improved.
