Pros:

Functionally, the e-Wallet integration, customer portal, and voucher experience are the highlights of this product. These tools help our brand engage our customers every single day. Also, the anonymous sign-in feature is also something unique that I did not find anywhere else.

Cons:

I believe the backend is still under development. The dashboards look nice but more insight-driven reporting will save me more time doing Excel work behind the numbers.

Pros:

With their software, we no longer have to maintain our CRM system.

Cons:

Their development cycle for tailored is fast compare with any of their competitors yet it is still slower than our in-house team. haha but way cheaper
