Localyser vs rater8: Which is best for you?

I especially liked the user-friendly dashboard and how it streamlined communication, saving time while helping us stay on top of customer satisfaction.

Public pricing info is limited, so it's harder to compare with alternatives without talking to sales.

I really like that they do a biannual check in just to make sure we are utilizing the Rater8 services we pay for to the best of our ability so we continue to like the product and receive great results.

Response time to answer reviews is limited to 30 days. If you can't respond within that timeframe then you won't be able to do so from rater8.
