Flatly working with Freshdesk files

U used to spend a lot of time exporting and importing CSV files from our helpdesk system in order to produce accurate timesheets for our clients. With Flatly the amount of time I need to do this has greatly reduced.

very user friendly, easy to connect and setup. I was able to connect our CRM to onedrive very quickly and with little effort

Cons:

a bit too "dumbed down" dashboard, not very clear on how to delete a flow so that's not great either

Excellent Tool with Exceptional Support – Made Data Migration a Breeze

Flatly made what could have been a complex and frustrating data migration process incredibly smooth. The best part of using Flatly was how intuitive the platform was for exporting data from Freshdesk, and the ability to customize exports without needing a developer. But what truly stood out was the customer support - [sensitive content hidden] from Flatly was phenomenal. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly for our Freshdesk to Salesforce migration.

Cons:

Honestly, not much to dislike. I cannot think of something I liked least as they fixed any issues I had.

ETL tool for systems that don't support data export

Fantastic. Originally we had an issue with Gusto integration, but the developers/support went above and beyond to get us going. I would highly recommend Flatly over other ETL competitors for basic tasks. They are priced competitively, and actually care about their customers.

Flatly makes it easy to extract data from SaaS apps they integrate with on a regular schedule. The integrations are plentiful and include SaaS apps that normally don't allow for any export at all, yet alone on a schedule. (our use case was Gusto - no external APIs, no scheduled exports, but with Flatly its all possible).

Cons:

No major cons. Would be nice to have "shared sources" where you can delegate authorization of a source to one person and that use that authorization with another account. Currently, as an admin, I have to sign in to the app, then have the authorizer of the source app sign in on my computer.

Reasons for switching to Flatly

Better pricing for our use case.

Great tool for Migrating data

We used it to migrate CRM data from our old system to our new system. Flatly made it possible to move the data quickly by extracting it in the proper format and also minimized data loss by updating daily.

Pros:

Flatly is a great way to pipe data to places you need it. It is extremely easy to set-up and has been 100% reliable for us.

Cons:

The only thing I could possible ask for would be to cross-reference tables via custom queries. But its probably a little unreasonable to ask for this given Flatly's price point.
