About Parseur

Parseur is a cloud-based email parser solution that helps businesses of all sizes extract text from emails. The platform automates entire data entry workflow, extract text from documents, email and attachments to virtually send to any database or application. Parseur highlights the text to be captured by creating a new template from sample document.

Parseur can handle various layouts automatically, extract additional metadata, normalize parsed data, extract data from documents in alphabets such as Japanese, Hebrew, Thai and more. The platform also provides a built-in library to parse emails automatically from services in real estate, Google Alerts, food delivery and ride sharing.

Parseur provides export strategies allowing data to be shared with databases or downloaded as CSV, Excel or JSON files. The solution integrates with Slack, Trello, GetSwift, Airtable, HubSpot and more. Parseur extends support via live chat, email and documentation.

Pros:

It is reliable - it just works. It is initiative and the learning curve was not super steep. It is flexible - It has been able to handle all of the tasks I've thrown at it. It is clever - it is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into this service - it ticks all of the boxes. When I can't figure something out, the support staff are very responsive and helpful. It is an integral part of our automation toolset, and is saving time and money.

Cons:

Now that's a hard question - nothing comes to mind.

I was struggling to make some things work and the support folk, though responsive and friendly, were not able to offer me a solution.

Ease of use, Easy to extract, Didn't overcharge, reprocessing was great!!!!! The helpdesk responded quickly.

Cons:

I could not figure out how to run Calculated fields, or conditionals using the prompts. Would be cool to enable the information in an LLM to interrogate

Once set up it is very accurate in pulling the information I need each and every time. Also the data format once extracted is very easy.

Cons:

It is slightly difficult to determine if Parseur fits my needs with the limited free trial. However, the team was kind enough to grant me extra tokens to make sure it was a fit.

Perfect tool to extract Utility bill data on a massive scale!

Easy that's 10/10. I searched google for "AI tool to extract data from over 5,000 PDF of electrical bills and put in to an excel file". I was given 3 options. I viewed all of them. Parseur was priced right and fit my description perfectly.

Pros:

I was able to try out the software using their "free" plan to see if it would even work for me, before I ended up uploading over 5,700 PDFs of electrical bills. Even better was that each PDF was 3 pages each, but there is a setting that I was able to use that would only scan the 1st page. The data collected was neatly organized in an excel file. There was a minor hiccup in how the data was being displayed, but a quick online chat with one of there techs was able to resolve the issue (which was due to user error). Looks like their program can extract and analyze a lot, but for me I got everything I needed out of it. Can't go wrong with their pricing too!

Cons:

With any AI product, it requires some general understanding of how you need to word the instructions. I would be nice if there was a guided tutorial once you signed up. That might exists, and I just didn't see it. If so, make it more transparent.

Parseur: Your Escape From Handwritten Data Entry

I'm keeping my Parseur membership for the foreseeable future. Its time-saving is absolutely worth it.

Pros:

I was skeptical that it could actually do decent OCR, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It's incredibly capable and saved me a ton of time with data input. The ability to also instruct the AI is critical in how much I enjoyed using it. I think that's what Parseur has above

Cons:

For an individual, the price is a little steep. It would also be nice to be able to buy one-off credits to finish up a project that might be above your monthly page count.

Easy to use, intuitive platform, quick customer service responses. Had a minor issue based on my own misunderstanding that was resolved quickly

Cons:

Needed a little help to setup at beginning which caused me to burn the initial 20 credits. Once resolved, worked flawlessly.

Pros:

Ease of use and very user friendly. The website is very polished and allows you to automatically extract data into an excel file which cuts down time. I also liked how the free plan is available to try out the software.

Cons:

It seems less trainable than competitior softwares where it relies more on AI than allowing you to make a custom software. However I have not delved too deep into it yet so that feature may be available.

Parsuer is amazing. It managed to process my racing pigeon pedigrees data which saved me tens of hours of manual inputting!

Cons:

It takes a little time to get your head around how it works, but once you have figured it out, it's a breeze!
