My overall experience with Parsio has been quite positive, and I would describe it as smooth and reliable. The tool performs exactly as expected and makes working with data extraction from PDFs much easier than doing it manually. While I would not say everything is perfect, because there are a few limitations, the core functionality works very well and has saved me significant amounts of time. I appreciate how user-friendly the interface is and how quickly I was able to set everything up. Overall, it is a fine and efficient solution that delivers consistent value in daily tasks.

I’ve been using Parsio for over two years now, and I was one of the first users since I signed up through AppSumo. I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November. I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again. I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan. I find that shameful and disgraceful.

My overall experience with Parsio is that it’s a clean, efficient tool for automatically extracting data from documents like emails, PDFs, and receipts. It feels straightforward to set up, accurate in pulling the fields you need, and especially useful if you want to save time on manual data entry or connect the results to tools you already use.

I'm just getting started with Parsio, and so far the experience has been positive. I encountered a few issues early on, but Andrew, the CEO, personally reached out to assist me. He’s been very helpful and knowledgeable, which has made a big difference in getting things up and running.

Good so far, compared to other solutions. Meets most of our requirements and budget constraints. Need to see it in full use.

Generally, my experience with parsio has been excellent. Its powerful and intuitive tools makes data extraction from pdf and other documents efficient. It saves a lot of time working with parsio. It is user-friendly and very easy to use.

My overall experience is great. So far no complaints learned the program faster than I expected so is great
