About Conduit

Conduit is cloud-based software built to make your warehouse operations efficient, transparent, and secure. With Conduit dock scheduling, carriers and vendors can book appointments with the facility. When drivers arrive, they can check themselves in using Conduit’s tablet or QR codes. Conduit captures driver and truck information according to your unique requirements along with timestamps to prevent false detention requests.

Coordinate traffic in the yard by using Conduit to send instructions to drivers via text message, and keep track of where trucks and trailers go with Conduit’s yard management tools. Use Conduit to send assignments to your forklift operators, who can upload photos when product received doesn’t meet your standards.

Once product makes it into your warehouse, Conduit’s inventory tracking keeps it all organized. Every step of the way, you and your business partners get automatic updates so everyone knows the status of their shipment without costly back-and-forth communication. And when it’s all done, Conduit’s detailed reporting and analytics make it easy to find opportunities to streamline operations and save money.

A smart business decision

Using Conduit has helped speed things up for our business. Using Conduit helps keep truck drivers in their trucks and our of our plant for safety. All of our employees like using Conduit and say its easy and user friendly.

Dock Scheduling that works and seeks to improve

Conduit seeks out feedback to improve their product which benefits their customers. It was nerve racking at first to let the Conduit program auto schedule, but I am glad we did. It has worked so well, and delivery drivers really enjoy using it. Communicate to your vendors and carriers about using the Conduit portal to schedule. Hold them to it and you will see the benefits of using this product.

Pros:

The ability to drastically reduce labor to schedule dock appointments. Little to not time is spent on returning emails, voicemails or rescheduling. We now have an automated scheduling setup thanks to Conduit.

Cons:

I have little to dislike because concerns or problems have been addressed by the Conduit team. An email to the support staff has yielded positive changes. An example would be adding the ability to send pictures via the driver chat. This was an item we needed to show a map of our facility.

Love it. must use

its been great. fast, easy, and everything is updated. I would recommend to use this. Shows the customer the carrier's pick-up rate and failed appointment rates.

real time update for carriers, real time customer updates. It is easy to use and easy to track shipments

Cons:

the auto populated fields update every field not just the field you want to work on. You need to click out of an appointment before moving on to the next

Conduit is amazing, it makes everything easier for us for our driver check in and check out. I enjoy using it.

So far for our experience with Conduit, we have not come to any issues. The site makes things simple and the drivers have adapted to it as well.

Very happy with Conduit. Site is easy to get used to and is constantly providing new features that makes site easier to navigate.

You can view the activity for each appointment. Who requested, who created appt, who rescheduled, when, etc.

Cons:

Unable to override "facility rescheduled" confirmation option I.E. scheduler is not receiving rescheduled emails from Conduit and we need to cancel and create a new appt on our end so that it's set and driver able to check in once arrived

The simplicity of conduit, helps us streamline our inbound and receiving prosses. It has saved us so much time booking appointments and checking in drivers.

Cons:

There is not much that can be disliked. Any troublesome aspect, or feature that we have needed, have been taken care of right away.
