- We use B2B Ninja for our quoting tool, which integrates with BigCommerce (and they recently purchased), saving our staff order entry time.
- The only aspect where I find that BigCommerce doesn't really measure up is site customization.
- We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)
- Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house.
