Great for supporting our nationwide organization

WAVE Grocery’s flexibility allowed us to easily expand our geographical reach across Greece and quickly support our customers in critical times like the Covid-19 quarantine periods. We turned our physical stores into micro-fulfilment centers, featuring their local product collections, specific timeslots, ERP integrations, invoicing systems, and last-mile delivery services. The platform is also super easy to use, requiring almost zero training for our stores’ staff who manage online orders.

What I loved most about Wave Grocery was how effortlessly it fit into our operations. Turning our stores into micro-fulfillment centers felt natural, and even under pressure, like during COVID lockdowns, we stayed fast, local, and reliable. Our staff picked it up in no-time.

Pros:

I always wanted to make my website and waited almost 10 years to make it happen. The process was always difficult and expensive. Most companies charge huge amounts upfront before even starting, without giving you any idea of what it’s going to look like. I then found Wave Grocery through a rep. Within a couple of weeks, I had this project off the ground and brought to life in front of me. After final tweaks and great support from them, we are now fully operational. Wave Grocery went beyond my expectations and even assisted with technical queries that were outside of their scope.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s nothing negative I can say about Wave Grocery. Everything worked smoothly and exceeded my expectations.
