Having the ability pull in datafeeds in the targeting criteria, the ability to message preview and test send, are all important features that make Braze well worth using.

Currently, the email needs to be created and managed in the campaign or canvas directly where sometimes it becomes difficult to manage incase of complex journeys where multiple peoples are working on the same canvas.

I can manage newsletters, automations and transactional emails from one dashboard, track performance clearly and optimise campaigns over time.

The main drawback for me is the limitation on the number of contacts in automation workflows and the reports provided for these automations.
