Pros:

Leveraging StayFi is absolutely critical for our clients in the Vacation Rental space to get more direct bookings and grow their email list fast.

Cons:

StayFi does take some time to setup in your properties with physical access required.

StayFi is a must for STR hosts

I love StayFi and the focus they put into meeting the needs of STR and MTR hosts! I would highly recommend using this over other leading email marketing platforms.

Pros:

The ease of use and ability to automate an email journey for leads and past guests makes emailing easy!

Cons:

I think StayFi can be more creative with their email marketing templates.

Reasons for switching to StayFi

StayFi was focused on making it easy for short term rental hosts to capture guest information, monitor guest usage, and notify me if my internet was out. It has been a great "tech" add to my short term rental business.

Easy to use and setup. Can just inbox it and have it running immediately.

Cons:

Streaming isn’t intuitive. Guests will change tv network to StayFi network and it breaks tv streaming

Highly Recommend

I've been very impressed with the CRM tools and integrations provided by StayFi to capture every guest's email beyond just the booker by offering Guest WiFi, Portal, and Upsell options. I've increased the reach for direct bookings. Highly recommend StayFi !

Low monthly costs and ability to offer guest wifi and increase direct bookings

Cons:

Access point cost per unit is very high and the wifi speed doesn't come anywhere near the speed of ethernet speed

We’re using StayFi in 4 villas in Croatia for TrawellTopia.com – setup was easy, guests connect smoothly, and data collection works great so far. Solid tool for short-term rentals!

StayFi allows Hosts and many more people easily collect any user's email and/or phone number through a beautiful captive portal page. This company is helping me build a customer list for the Tesla-themed rental, EV130.com. There is plenty more offered by StayFi and complementary live information sessions to help you learn more about the company.

Cons:

You are required to use a particular WiFi router brand. It was different than the Wireless Access Points (WAP) that were previously purchased.

It’s very easy to use! Very user friendly for all my employees, of all ages! A kid can even learn to use it.

Cons:

There may be some kinks to work out in the software as I add data into it. Not the biggest issue but I’m sure it’ll work itself out.

StayFi has been a game-changer for us. It makes collecting guest emails super easy, and the email marketing tools are awesome. We’ve gotten more repeat bookings and better engagement since using it. Totally worth it if you want to grow your direct bookings!

Capturing Guest Emails is Now a Breeze

Pros:

We were looking to capture guest emails in a passive manor. We love StayFi because we don't just capture the email from the person booking but from every guest in the house.

Cons:

The only issue is when the the access point has issues, which is about as common as any wireless router.
