About Travellect

Travellect is a cloud-based travel agency software that is designed specifically for travel agents, destination management companies, and tour operators. Users can associate suppliers with saleable travel products. They can choose a default supplier and change it as required. The system supports selling travel products based on availability only or also on request.

Travellect supports business-to-business (B2B) distribution for sub-agents or corporates, as well as business-to-consumer (B2C) distribution for direct sales to passengers. It enables users to sell globally via the internet.

Travellect allows users to showcase contracted hotels with discounts, supplements, restrictions, and allocation. Hotel inventory can be pulled via XML integration with bed banks, online travel agencies (OTAs), channel managers, or directly with hotel chains.

Travellect - An Ultra-Modern, User-Friendly, and Affordable Travel Management Solution

One of the reasons we chose this system was its high degree of alignment with our business needs. It provided us with more than 95% of the functionality we required without any modifications. Additionally, the development team handled the areas where we needed some customizations accurately and efficiently. The system also came with some extra features that enhanced our business processes and gave us a competitive edge. We were able to manage all the complexities of our hotel contracts and packages within the system, as well as integrate it seamlessly with our suppliers, clients, and accounting software. Despite its rich functionality, the system was easy to learn and use, and we received excellent support from the vendor.

The integration process with Travellect and our channel manager posed a challenge as Travellect was not initially connected, requiring us to undertake the integration from scratch. This lack of pre-existing connectivity added complexity and effort to the integration process. However, despite this hurdle, there is optimism that once the integration is completed, Travellect will contribute positively to our organization and its clients.
