This intuitive and user-friendly platform makes knowledge sharing and information retrieval a breeze. Whenever I, or any team member, needs to access specific project information or guidelines, entering relevant keywords quickly surfaces the necessary articles. Pros:

I thoroughly appreciate the ability to quickly review helpful information about team's progress, focus, and culture. I'm able to understand which teams are collaborating effectively and which topics are being focused on. As a manager, this allows me to better understand where my support is needed, and enables to give more autonomy to the groups that are on track.

Cons:

Some of the "topics" captured aren't as important, and aren't automatically filtered away by Akooda.
