Pros:

The platform provides a great overview of all our EMEA entities. It has also enabled us to outsource corporate housekeeping processes with the Klea team, helping us work more efficiently (esp. in different jurisdictions). It serves as a single source of truth for all corporate documents and is available for the business user besides Legal. In addition, the clean and uncluttered design makes navigation easy, you always know where to find what you need. Klea also is constantly working on improving the platform and offering new add-ons which is nice.

Cons:

There were a few areas where service levels fell short, such as receiving incorrect documents from partners or experiencing longer response times to inquiries. We addressed these issues and the team proposed practical solutions. After addressing these issues we already see that our concerns were taken seriously and the team is making efforts.

Very user-friendly interface Excellent features that simplify day-to-day entity management One-click generation of individual entities organisational charts, which is one of the most valuable and time-saving features The support team is highly responsive and collaborative, promptly addressing requests and resolving platform issues. Continuous improvements and updates that keep the tool aligned with evolving corporate governance dynamics.

Cons:

Uploading documents in bulk across multiple entities does not appear to be straightforward. Maintaining an easy-to-read layout for the full org chart can be challenging in complex corporate structures, especially as new entities are added continuously.

Pros:

What I value most about Klea is the exceptional breadth and depth of their services. They act as a true one-stop-shop, covering everything from UBO and KYC updates, AGMs/EGMs, capital restructurings, and liquidations to M&A-related support and local legal advice. Beyond day-to-day corporate housekeeping, they also handle large strategic projects with remarkable efficiency — such as the harmonisation of articles of association across more than 100 subsidiaries and a full groupwide rebranding. Their team is highly competent, very responsive, proactive, and consistently professional, and the relationship with our SPOCs is excellent. The overall value for money is outstanding.

Cons:

There is very little to criticise. As our group expands, I would welcome even broader adoption of the platform across certain regions, but this is more a reflection of internal processes than a limitation of Klea’s services.
