Pros:

Local application support is there and that's the only Pros I can think of. Out of the local companies, they are a bit capable.

Cons:

However, their support is too slow and the functional releases are way too slow. It wasn't a happy experience at all! Most of the modules are buggy with certain functions not working right and their fixes are way too too slow to pace up with your business.

Web Based ERP to manage your business

Okay-ish. Since our earlier ERP application was way way worse than what we found in PrismERP, somehow we accommodated PrismERP and continued it. However, the app wasn't capable enough to handle our business growth/manage business operations.

Pros:

For small business, to manage all your operations, it shall be perfect provided that you've the budget to afford it.

Cons:

Feature & Functionality-wise this product is quite diverse however there are many loose-ends which needs to be addressed. It has scalability issues, once the data grows bigger, this application will collapse and would hardly be usable. Another important part is: the UI experience is very antique and needs a face uplift. It isn't mobile responsive which is a big downside. The budget is on high-end, so of course the app itself should have been more well-enriched

A mediocre ERP system for the SMEs or for those businesses who's only concerned on taking the HR module only

Cons:

We cannot call this an ERP system when hardly any modules work right and doesn't help our business processes at all!

As the local team looked impressive and competitive. Their BA team was quite convincing however the actual development of the application is way below par.

Pros:

The modules and the features may sound fancy but the entire application is buggy. HR Module is the only suitable module that I came across.

Cons:

Very very buggy application and is not worthy to be called an ERP Application. Hardly any module works flawlessly and you cannot depend on it to make business decisions.

If you're a small business owner then this maybe a good fit however, it'd still be expensive!

Cons:

It's expensive, buggy, customer support is poor and their feature corrections/improvements take ages to cover

Pros:

Hardly the Sales Order lifecycle management works although the inter-related Inventory Management module is buggy when the order volume is high.

Cons:

The modules here are scattered and buggy. To make an intensive business decision we all need an integrated system and PrismERP is not the right choice to be used as "ERP" system.

Pros:

It has all the modules that a company needs to operation functionally but hardly each of them works flaw-lessly.

Cons:

One of the poorest system that we ever used. It's modules aren't interconnected and all of them are very very buggy. Customer support is the poorest and with such hefty price tag, prismERP is a NO-BUY!
