About MioCommerce

MioCommerce is a cloud-based business management software designed to help businesses manage sales, bookings, marketing, payments, customers, and more via a unified platform. The application includes white-labelling capabilities, which allow organizations to create and manage personalized web pages with custom pricing to handle online bookings in real-time.

MioCommerce’s built-in calendar allows enterprises to add, schedule and reschedule appointments using the drag-and-drop functionality. Administrators can also automatically notify customers about booking confirmation, service requests and other updates via SMS and email messages. It also offers various other features such as social media integration, quote management, availability monitoring, conversion tracking and more.

MioCommerce allows supervisors to automatically assign jobs to staff members and prioritize jobs based on predefined criteria using the auto-dispatching functionality. It is available for free and on monthly subscriptions. Support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

My overall experience has been wonderful with PodiunIO. I have no regrets choosing the platform. Its very user-friendly when it come to all of our daily task. The customers has no problems booking or managing there services. So I am very please with the platform.

Pros:
I find it very easy to use and all the features are ones that you use everyday and not just filling up the page. The customer service is great and the response time is incredible, it's very fast and very knowledgeable. It's always the people that that know me and have helped me in the past.
Cons:
The increase in pricing is disappointing.

Reasons for switching to MioCommerce

PodiunIO interface was user-friendly, easier to manage. had a lot more features. They also offered a beautifully design websites.

Just so you know, our prices had never once been increased over the previous 4 years. Regrettably, the current 2023 economics, inflation and the demand in labor has caused all our costs to rise significantly much higher than the small increase we introduced. As mentioned for the previous 4 years we had no increases at all. In addition, value for money, I believe we still remain the most competitively priced platform in the entire industry. And while all other platforms in the industry NO LONGER provide live support, we have remained committed to being High Tech and HIGH TOUCH. We truly would have preferred not to increase prices and hope the current economic environment improves over time. Thank you again for the privilege of serving you!

The software has everything we need to manage the current book of business and it’s scaled for growth. It’s super easy to use and the support from Podiom’s team has been so helpful.
Cons:
At this juncture, we absolutely have no complaints about the software. The team at podium is always making updates and keeping on top of what the customers need and want.

I most love the recurring and also the per room pricing feature on our Podium booking system. It is affordable and updates are constantly being made.
Cons:
The app feature is my least favorite feature. I just wish the app was more functional for the admin, the clients and employees.

The complete scheduling, smart calendar, customizable service/booking pages that are on the same level of quality as some of the biggest competitors in the market. I love that when a customer is requesting a quote or a booking, they are not taken to another companies website to compete the booking process, like House Call Pro. I feel these guys have a superior product compared to the competition, and they are just making it better. We are looking forward to starting our franchising of our company through using PodiumIO, and incorporating their software to all franchisees.
Cons:
My least favorite thing, would be the mobile app, but I’m confident they will just make it better, and eventually will have much more abilities from the app.

I actually just tested Jobber first, and I chose PodiumIO, because they had the ability to give me a brand new super converting website! In addition, the biking pages and scheduling in PodiumIO, were much superior to Jobber.

If I gave you a list of pros I would run out of space. This software has been well thought out it gathers the information that you need the most to help your business grow. Customer service is amazing. I’m a dinosaur when it comes to computers. They have made custom videos just for me to guide me through the process of setting up the software.
Cons:
No complaints at all. I recommend 100%. They are not cheap but you get more features and amazing customer service

Besides being a great booking software with tools that are perfect for my residential cleaning company, the thing I love and appreciate the most is the customer support. It's been three years now, and each time I have a question or a request- I received support within hours. I really feel I can call the team at MioCommerce a part of my team that helps me deliver exceptional service to my clients.
Cons:
There have been so many updates recently (which are amazing btw.), but that caused some irregularities which caused me to lose precious time. Luckily I wasn't on vacation. And luckily all is resolved now. The updates and new tools are fantastic so I am not complaining at all. It was worth the little wait.
