About MioCommerce

MioCommerce is a cloud-based business management software designed to help businesses manage sales, bookings, marketing, payments, customers, and more via a unified platform. The application includes white-labelling capabilities, which allow organizations to create and manage personalized web pages with custom pricing to handle online bookings in real-time.

MioCommerce’s built-in calendar allows enterprises to add, schedule and reschedule appointments using the drag-and-drop functionality. Administrators can also automatically notify customers about booking confirmation, service requests and other updates via SMS and email messages. It also offers various other features such as social media integration, quote management, availability monitoring, conversion tracking and more.

MioCommerce allows supervisors to automatically assign jobs to staff members and prioritize jobs based on predefined criteria using the auto-dispatching functionality. It is available for free and on monthly subscriptions. Support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:
Wonderful software with even more potential in the future. I wish I had known about this months ago. It's easy to navigate and customer support is so patient with me when I ask questions. Game changer!
Cons:
The only improvement I'd love to see in the future is being able to edit the calendar in multiple ways.

Excellent Management for Mobile Business

Overall, the sales and support teams make this solution amazing. The features are wonderful and new features are coming often. But what I enjoy the most are the people who listen to the needs and are quick to help resolve issues or develop new features to solve business problems.

The setup and usage of this product are very quick and straightforward. Most processes are intuitive, and users get up to speed quickly.
Cons:
Some things are not as intuitive, and more detailed instructions are necessary. Some basic features are missing from the marketing side of the tool that are necessary for this product to be truly stand-alone.

Overall very happy with MioCommerce. I have been approached several times to change my booking platform, but I will always stay with MioCommerce. Even if you are having an issue, they are there to help you out and fix the problem.

I almost forget what it's like before I had MioCommerce (3 yrs now) I've come to rely on this software very heavily. And their support staff is 2nd to none; always going above & beyond.
Cons:
I wish changes to my price list weren't as involved as they are, and I wish it had more "ad hoc" reporting options But they're always adding features so those may be in the works.

Came for the scheduling... Stayed for the service!

My experience with PodiumIO has been top notch start to current. I initially joined PodiumIO for the scheduling function of a new branch of our business, Mobile Detailing. In my role I have dealt with several vendors and account managers over the years, some good and some bad. The PodiumIO team has made such a positive impact on our business and the customer service is unmatched. Our account manager has been there to assist me and our team and really done a stellar job with all of it. PodiumIO has given me the ease and comfort to move all our franchise locations over to the platform as well. Anything I have needed they have immediately done. If it was something that didn't exist yet, they made it happen. I could not be more pleased with my experience. We have also added the Listings and Reviews and Google Ads Management to our services with PodiumIO and I have had the pleasure of getting to work with another account manager for that. She as well has just been top notch! They have done a beautiful job executing the listings and review as well as the Google Ads. One thing that really shows their commitment to customer service was that she took into consideration my time and stress and built out a dashboard to make things easier for me, without me even asking for this. I feel like this kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is unheard of now. This has taken great stress off me to know that it is in good hands with the PodiumIO team and that is so valuable!

PodiumIO has several great qualities but I would have to say what I like the most is the extra features. The reporting is fantastic and as easy as the click of a button. The retargeting/ marketing functions with the Hot Leads is my personal favorite. Being able to capture interested customers and then retarget them has helped generate more business that would have been lost otherwise.
Cons:
Any "cons" that you could think of they immediately get to work on a resolution or function to solve it. You can tell that as a company they have really thought through the customer experience as well as the business operators side and made sure they provided all the needs and then some.

PodiumIO is the only piece of software I could find, that seamlessly integrated everything I needed to operate a modern, full service, cleaning company. We offer many services and many add-ons and we really wanted to give our customers that feeling when interacting with our website. The whole setup is clear, easy to use, and both management and service providers love the product. PodiumIO integrates seamlessly with stripe and quickbooks and allows you to manage you entire company from a single screen. It allows for easy scheduling and dispatching, the automaed communications are pretty smooth, and it has decent CRM functions. And it's fully functional on the go. I love the fact that it seamlessly translates to IOS, and Android devices. Best off all, there are new, and very useful features being added all the time, and From the employees stand point, both the online version and the app version are great. The app is integrated with maps, and allows for super easy access to key functions and features. Overall, really nicely designed software that i would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone starting a service based online business.
Cons:
I am sure there could be but nothing comes to mind. My experience with the company over the last 3+ years was very positive because just about everything that I could put in this box has been developed and is now available. Some new features have very minor bugs that get resolved over a relatively short period of time as is normal. The Team at PodiumIO definitely know what they are doing!

Reasons for choosing MioCommerce

PodiumIO is the only software and service I could find, that would give me all the options i needed at an affordable price. I have not done too much research lately, but I still believe they would be hard to beat!

I like every feature with this software. I know they are working on other things that are not yet available, but everything on here pays for itself. I recommend this system to anyone. They even did a website for me that is the best I've had and it is very clean and simple to look through.
Cons:
the only thing, which again, they are working on other things, is the email marketing campaigns. This software DOES email reminders to current customers which is great. Other than this, I have nothing bad to say about this.

as mentioned, the customer service part of it all is what got me. Then when they told me the pricing and what all it did, i was interested. Once they showed me the website (my old ones were not very good), i had to subscribe. It is worth it.

Why I use PodiumIO

This software really pays for itself, if you can get one recurring customer for one cleaning a month, the software has already paid itself off. That's just the ability to book online, not even considering the time it saves with administration tasks. I highly recommend it.

I wish I could give PodiumIO more than 5 stars! I use this product every day to run my cleaning business. It’s truly an end-to-end solution for home service businesses: I got a professional website live and hosted in a couple of days. It’s complete with personalized pricing & booking pages with an integrated calendar, so my customers can now schedule in real-time. Also, I can now process call-ins in seconds, quickly dispatch my employees, and process payments. Besides the fact that it helps me manage nearly every facet of my business, their customer service is the best I’ve ever worked with! Franc helped me set everything up so I could start and grow my cleaning business with ease. He obviously has a lot of experience understanding home services and our particular needs. It’s by far the most customizable software on the market, the booking profiles, online payments, customer profiles, notes, the ability to process call-in customers, create employee profiles and priority dispatching, it all continues to impress me! I’m a few months in and my business has already grown to 8 employees and there’s absolutely no way I could have gotten this far without the platform! Now I get to use this platform to its fullest ability using features like employee schedule management, auto-dispatching, and expanding my services and services areas. It’s really exciting!
Cons:
When I use it on my phone I find the calendar to be a bit tight. Though I know they’re working to make it easier to use.

MioCommerce is such an awesome system to implement for growing companies with various employees. It really makes our lives easier with the booking and dispatching system. Great software, but honestly I just love their customer service. Is a one on one high quality treatment and support. Large companies don't offer that and you can't beat the support quality of MioCommerce. Our account support is [sensitive content hidden], and he has been just fantastic. Any request is answered in a promptly manner, and any glitches if any are addressed almost immediately. I could not have picked a better software company to implement for our growing business.

Versatility and Full Service! PodiumIO has completely harmonized my cleaning business and given me a structure to build around. I built my lovely website (which they host), their customizable booking pages are the best I’ve seen, and I use the calendar/software every day! Essentially my customers can find me online, book and pay online, and then get scheduled (even auto dispatched) right inside PodiumIO. Or, when I have call-in or on-premise customers I can build their custom orders instantly! It's truly all-in-one! I’ve gotten to the point of a well-oiled machine. I’ve customized the SMART calendar to create color-coordinated teams and then I can dispatch and organize extremely effectively. Every Sunday I do the majority of any unscheduled dispatching for the next week, send notifications to my employees, and that’s already a ton of time saved. Plus booking profiles, customer profiles, zip code filtering, customer reminders, fantastic tech support, and much more make this software well worth the money. Really Impressed!
Cons:
The U.I can be tricky at first, but once you learn it it's quite intuitive.
