Pros:

I love the easy to use platform. This allows clients to follow along with ease and communication with coaches is easy.

Cons:

What I dislike is flaws in tracking training packages. Hopefully they can flaws in tracking training packages.

You can expand your business.

My overall experience is excellent, the support team is great, the features are perfect to start and you have the option to upgrade if you are growing. You will have an amazing team with you.

Pros:

I like the ease with which you can get started and the flexibility of the plans. You have a lot of features that you can use and make your clients feel VIP. You have nutrition, workouts, and now you have LIVE! also you'll have tools that helps to make the onboard process better for you and your clients.

Cons:

I'd like certain tracking features like habit tracking, but I know that fitbudd is working on continuing to improve, which is why I'm sticking with them.

I tried the free trial and like it. I did not tried the other option.

Fitbudd helped me with my website and app

Cons:

Whenever the pricing updated I lost the ability to manage other trainers on my team and now I have to pay an additional fee for it whenever it was originally included in my plan

Fitbudd had the best options at the same time it provides better support for all of the aspects that I need and require.

Best Company to Build a Fitness App with

Great. I'm happy I found them as a Team to work with. I had meetings with 5 other App developer companies, brands, and Teams. I'm happy I went with Fitbudd, their customer service is top notch.

The look and simplicity. I wanted a clean look for my Fitness App and FitBudd delivers that. The user interface is simple to use.

Cons:

Nothing. There isn't anything I do not like about FitBudd. My Clients can track their meals inside of my App. I enjoy all of FitBudd's features.

BEST COACHING APP FOR COACHES 5 STAR

Fantastic, staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to help. Never had a problem which wasn't fixed easily or quickly with the help from the team at Fit Budd. Also great value for money and reasonable pricing for what you get with the app AND website.

Pros:

The ability to customize your own colour scheme and style to your own liking for the app & have every feature needed to help your clients goals. The apps security when it comes to keeping your clients data and privacy safe is also unmatched.

Cons:

No ability to move areas of the app around to make it even more customizable. Such as getting rid of nutrition area all together if needed for a certain plan or putting the nutrition area above the workout section. Sometimes glitches can occur in certain areas of the app which can be a nuisance to clients and myself, but this is always fixed properly when it does happen and is a learning curve.

Fit Budd had better value for money and more features.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

My overall experience with Fitbudd as my app developer has been excellent. Communication has always been clear and responsive, they’ve been proactive in understanding my needs, and any requests or adjustments have been handled quickly and professionally. The process felt smooth from start to finish, and I’m really happy with the outcome.

Pros:

What I like most about the platform is how smooth it makes both my work and my clients’ experience. The dashboard and scheduling tools save me time, the nutrition and workout tracking is simple and clear for clients to follow, and overall they find the app easy to use. The feedback has been incredible. Having happy, engaged clients who feel supported makes my job so much easier, and Fitbudd delivers that really well. The support from the team is also faultless. They are amazing, attentive and responsive.

Cons:

The food database can be a little unreliable at times. Not actually Fitbudds ‘fault’ but it needs some intervention.

The quality of the sales service - they actually cared. I was on a wheel with trainerize. Didn’t care at all.

Love the app and the improvements and your commitment to growth

Pros:

I love the open architecture and how complete the program is currently. I also love that it's constantly being improved as it has been for the last 2 years that I've been utilizing the program. Opening up new opportunities allow me to scale on the way that is productive for our Legacy

Cons:

Not easy to access client information from anywhere other than messages or client list. I feel that if I have an appointment with a client, by clicking on the actual appointment I should be able to have more options than rescheduled and cancel. I should be able to also access the profile of the client. Anywhere that I could find the client's name should give me an option to access information. Also doing side by side comparisons especially for producing before and after documents is not a feature that you all excelled in. I'd recommend also partnering with a company like macro stacks. As it is there is no AI or any built-in mechanism to help automate nutrition in a way that will allow the client to be accountable if they're paying for the service

it has been great for my business! easy to use and support is always there. I have used them for about 5 years now and i love working with the whole team.

Cons:

nothing its been great so far and they continue to make it better each year. They strive to improve and make updates to help us coaches continue to scale our businesses.

Wouldn't Use Anyone Other Than FitBudd

Its been a fantastic experience and the bonus is that they have a great customer service team who respond really quickly. They also have a great research and implementation team and some exciting releases upcoming.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to navigate. Everything you need is right in front of you, making doing tasks like creating workouts or conducting check ins seamless.

Cons:

Lack of AI integrations and experiences for the trainer and end user. Ideally I would like to see a little more on the client side - better and more seamless transitions and Ai assisting workouts like progress recommendations, total amount lifted etc.

Reasons for switching to FitBudd

I felt that Everfit was too difficult to use on the client management side and it wasn't intuitive enough to make things easier for the trainer.

Pros:

User friendly, attractive interface, so many exercises in the exercise library so you can really get creative. Meal plans are easy to put together. My clients love the app!

Cons:

I’m in South Africa so it is extremely expensive for us. I feel like they should have payment plans based on your currency. It takes 8 of my clients payments just to pay for my app monthly, it’s crazy !!

Reasons for choosing FitBudd

A friend said it was better but she has now left Fitbudd due to it becoming unaffordable in South Africa and she swapped to Fitify. I’m looking at doing the same as it’s exactly half the price of Fitbudd and it’s as good

A friend said it was better priced but it’s actually as expensive. Waiting for South Africa to create a platform for us that’s affordable
