It's been super helpful as a trainer and for all my clients! It's easy to use and communicate with my clients inside the app.

Pros:

The layout and use of the app is amazing, the customer service is incredible, and it's fully customizable with my brand colors, logo, and exercise videos.

Cons:

The new "add ons" that continue to appear. They all seem great but I need to keep monthly costs down.

Reasons for choosing FitBudd

Fitbudd allowed me to used my videos from vimeo - a much safer way to store videos than Youtube.

You can expand your business.

My overall experience is excellent, the support team is great, the features are perfect to start and you have the option to upgrade if you are growing. You will have an amazing team with you.

Pros:

I like the ease with which you can get started and the flexibility of the plans. You have a lot of features that you can use and make your clients feel VIP. You have nutrition, workouts, and now you have LIVE! also you'll have tools that helps to make the onboard process better for you and your clients.

Cons:

I'd like certain tracking features like habit tracking, but I know that fitbudd is working on continuing to improve, which is why I'm sticking with them.

I tried the free trial and like it. I did not tried the other option.

Fitbudd helped me with my website and app

Cons:

Whenever the pricing updated I lost the ability to manage other trainers on my team and now I have to pay an additional fee for it whenever it was originally included in my plan

More out reach

Good so far - will love to see a faster out reach. Including marketing when you get Pro. I didn’t like that i have to build the programs from scratch

Easy to use

Overall, I have been able to help a great number of people through FitBudd. The team is very responsive and offer help at all times.

Pros:

Easy to use. Love how easy it is to upload videos. I also enjoy the ease of use when it comes to building workouts. The exercise library is huge. The library has everything you need to lead any client at every level of their journey.

Cons:

It does not allow clients to talk to each other. Does not give me a notification when a client completes a workout. I would love for this to evolve into a social media style platform where each client gets a notification when other clients complete workouts and load food to motivate them to do the same.

It was amazing! I am so excited to use this app for my clients. The layout is clean, the features are practical, and it really helps keep everything in one place for smooth coaching.

I loved how thoroughly the explanation was of using the app! It is incredibly user-friendly, easy to navigate and perfect for both coaches and clients just getting started.

Cons:

I honestly don't have anything negative to say! If I had to pick something, it might be that the video upload time takes a bit depending on WiFi speed, but it's minor overall.

Reasons for choosing FitBudd

I chose Fit Budd because it felt more intuitive and visually streamlined than other apps. While platforms like Trainerize had a lot of features, they felt cluttered or overly complex for the kind of client experience I wanted to offer. It also gave me a more customizable feel with less setup stress.

I love the easy to use platform. This allows clients to follow along with ease and communication with coaches is easy.

Cons:

What I dislike is flaws in tracking training packages. Hopefully they can flaws in tracking training packages.

The "chat to us" customer support is always helpful and understanding! Very fast response time and almost always was able to sort my issues out immediately

Cons:

I haven't come across anything I don't like as yet! Fitbudd has been a great platform for me to launch my online coaching business with a user friendly dashboard

that it costs the coach money. its nice that it is free for the clients but it does cost money for the coaches.
