Fitli is a cloud-based club management solution suitable for small and midsize businesses. It helps users book appointments, advertise club services, and manage classes. A dedicated mobile app helps users remotely engage with clients.

With the Fitli mobile app, clients can view current class schedules, book their desired class time slots and pay. This functionality may also be embedded in fitness clubs' websites, meaning clients can interact with clubs through either platform. Employees who use Fitli will also be able to use the software to manage their schedules and perform other basic administrative tasks.

Upon purchase, users can expect a personal setup from Fitli’s team, which helps with customer and product migration, as well as general system integration. This team will also provide round-the-clock customer service and support via email or phone. Fitli is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis.

I've been using Fitli for 7 years. It's grown a lot since I started using the platform and they have made many improvements. The customer service is quick and efficient which as a business owner is much appreciated.

Fitli is easy to use and affordable. The scheduling and appointment management is also efficient and easy to navigate.

Cons:

Not having a "cart" when checking a client out for purchases. You have to run each purchase separately.

It was easy to get started and the price was cheap. I didn't have a lot of start up money so it was really affordable for me and did all the things I needed it to!

Fitli makes it so easy for our clients to book business with us and for us to keep track of all sales and bookings.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Any issue we have is almost immediately resolved by their customer support team.

Pros:

Clients could pay for sessions and receive reminders without my involvement. This freed up a lot of time for me as a business owner. Reports easy to generate. Customer service was always helpful.

Cons:

Rescheduling appointments was cumbersome for me as admin. Users complained of not being able to easily register for classes or workshops.

A consultant recommended Fitli based on the size and scope of my business, the cost and good customer service reviews.

We would have gladly tried to help make some integration suggestions or improvements given the chance. It's especially disappointing that we did not get a chance to make things better for you and your clients as this feedback runs counter to what we typically hear. In fact, most of the feedback we receive is about clients who find it very easy and convenient to book classes, appointments, or workshops using the mobile app or website portal. Of course, I know we are not even close to perfect and have lots of improvement potential. One way or another, we failed you. For that, I am sorry. Exceptional stidio software. Easy setup and use.

when I post a question for help in the chat I get an immediate response. If they are offline the next day there is a response. The reports are great for taxes and session usage for customers.

Their customer service is exceptional. I have used other schediling apps and felt like just a number because I was a small studio. The ease of setup and use. My clients find it very easy to book and pay online. They are always making upgrades and they take customer input.

Cons:

This would be a third party api. It would nice if my reviews could be seen on google.

The value I pay for such a professional and seamless service.

Cons:

The only con I have is being able to attach a note to customer emails when they book a service. My clients sometimes feel the Fitli app is not user friendly, but I don’t feel the same.

That you can only charge for 1 purchase at a time. If you could add multiple packages for customers, that would be helpful

Solid Inexpensive Booking App with Great Customer Service!

I've been a Fitli customer since 2018 and absolutely love them. They offer a solid complement of features for easy registration, renewals, tracking, reporting, and communications. And when a student falsely accused my business of a chargeback, they were incredibly helpful, resulting in an a ruling in my favor--TWICE--which I'm told is extremely rare. This is a wonderful business and I recommend them highly. You get a lot of bang for your buck!

Easy to use for business and clients, great customer support, FANTASTIC price, and many useful features such as autorenew, messaging, and reporting.

Cons:

My iOS students love it, but still there is no app for Fitli or a business portal.

love that it’s easy to use, and very affordable!

Cons:

Not as customizable as I’d like. (Would love to be able to set different booking/cancellation policies for different classes). Client app is a little lacking (especially their view of the session bank, it’s a little confusing)

Reasons for choosing fitli

Price was the most important factor. Many of the other brands were so much more expensive, they did offer more features but price was more important to me.
