The platform allows users to scan the names or barcodes of incoming parcels, categorize them by the recipient and send notifications to clients automatically. When all of the packages have been scanned, users can create accountability by making sure that they are turned in properly, with signatures or pictures at pickup/drop-off.
Additionally, clients can also collect packages by scanning QR codes associated with the emailed labels, which will help conform to social distancing rules and enable contactless collections. Parcel Tracker also helps users create parcel management reports for their SLAs and then analyze the data to improve operations. Pricing is based on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via chat, knowledge base, email and phone.
