Es de fácil implementación y capacitación para los usuarios. Es dinámico para exportar información y para mostrarla en pantallas adicionales (por ejemplo TV) Soporte Técnico online las 24hs Se enfoca en varios KPIs de la Operación para poderlos apalancar de manera exitosa: Calidad de gestión, Productividad de Gestión y Resultado de Gestión.

Cons:

Si bien se adapta fácilmente al negocio, tiene potencial de expansión y de posibilidades. Debería poderse customizar de manera más ágil y sencilla. Agregar un dashboard resumen para la supervisión, tiene un módulo de reportes, pero podría verse en modo resumen online.

Es fácil de utilizar, ágil , dinámico y estético.

Cons:

Una de los usos que no me gusta es que al momento de realizar una gestión no se actualice al instante y tenga q tener intervención de un admin. No existe una actualización de la base de datos de manera constante.

Tiene una excelente aceptación entre los teleoperadores ya que es fácil de utilizar. Puede colgarse imágenes, fotografías de los jugadores y se tienen los resultados rápidamente.
