Gist vs Microsoft SharePoint: Which is best for you?

The thing I like the most about Gist is that it is an all-inclusive platform in which you can do both marketing and business process management.

Also, having too many tools with subscription pricing model, i have to keep paying more every months which makes me to hold fixed costs through years.
