Guru vs HappyFox Help Desk: Which is best for you?

By being readily available and easily accessible with a clear set of "access" to each level of employee Guru has become - in my opinion - a staple for any business that requires a specific set of skill that is easily discussed, shared and utilized to better assist the consumers it serves and the client that relies on it.

The search functionality when there are many cards within an organization is typically extremely lackluster.
