- Great support service - Reliable technology - Easy interface - Great option to create supplier relationships - Design led widgets and booking process Need I say more!

Cons:

The only requirement I have is that I need to able to create a tour experience that allows a minimum number of people from different booking parties for my tour to go ahead. Eg 3 Min. That is fundamental in tour operations and surprising that it is not available on the system. Please add!

I find the Bokun system pretty good, and the staff are brilliant, helping out with any issues and any issues whatsoever are always sorted within minutes.

Cons:

Waiting time under 1 minute. For connection with a member of the Bokun Team and once you are connected they stay online until the issue has been resolved.

Easy-to-Use Platform with Some Limitations and Price Concerns

My overall experience with Bókun has been good. I was initially concerned about the support, given that it's owned by TripAdvisor, but things have been manageable so far.

Pros:

Bókun is easy to use and offers a simple interface with most of the features we needed to manage bookings efficiently.

Cons:

The mobile check-in app is quite limited. It doesn’t allow you to select current time slots while scanning tickets, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, for new customers, Bókun has doubled the pricing, which may be a drawback for small businesses.
