About Hotelogix
Hotelogix by HMS InfoTech is a cloud-based hotel management solution for hospitality businesses. The solution provides applications such as front desk operations, Point of Sale, housekeeping and more. Users can access the other modules like reservations, MIS or dining services, and hotel website from a single platform. The front desk interface can act as a single point dashboard to control hotel operations. Users can also customize the interface as per the hotel needs and manage multiple tasks.
The system can integrate with major credit card payment gateways and other third-party integrations for external CRS's, EPBAX, accounting and more. The two-way channel manager connectivity helps users manage inventory, rates across multiple channels and allows them to start receiving bookings on the front desk in real-time. Users can assign room-cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff and track it from the front desk or housekeeping console.
Hotelogix is available in multiple languages like English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, Arabic, Thai and Turkish.

100% happy. We received excellent training from ([sensitive content hidden]) on the system, and he was part of the process in handing us over to our Account Manager ([sensitive content hidden]). [sensitive content hidden] is a wonderful addition to our hotels that are on Hotelogix system, always willing to assist, looking at the issue from an operational point to ensure we get the maximum usage from the system. Created a WhatsApp chat group to stay in touch, he is really and truly invested in taking care of his account group. PS: [sensitive content hidden] you are the BEST and thank you for all the support and patience, I know we can get a lot some days, but you are always our pilar in the chaos.

Overall the software UI is very friendly and very advance! Also the support team is very quick and prompt service 24/7 . There's also a seperate portal for the Hotel Accounts and Store management which is essential for our industry . The Audit Trail feature really helpful to keep tracking the records of the booking .
