Pros:
Very easy to setup and get started. Compared to hosting your own website and administering the software. Lodgify is a great time and effort saver. I really don't know how I managed before!
Cons:
Reports are very limited. The price for the premium version is too high

I appreciate the customer support. The calendar syncs well with Airbnb, VRBO and other platforms. And love the website builder.
Cons:
Nothing comes to mine really except for possibly maybe the dynamic pricing can be upgraded to be on equal with other dynamic pricing platforms

Provides both a website/content management for direct bookings as well as integrations with other platforms such as booking.com and airbnb all linked back to a central reservation system. Good value for what it does if you need all these features.

Overall, its reduced time, reduced redundant and complicated tasks and puts everything within view. Having the ability to edit multiple or all listings in a single window is a game changer when you make organizational or procedural/pricing changes as a business owner.

Pros:
I have been a Lodgify customer for years, onboarding was great, connectivity to OTA's takes some waiting (some are immediate), but once everything is connected, its smooth sailing, easy to navigate and use, and packed with features. Stripe payment account creation was perfect for us. Helped us get organized and financials can be easily exported for YTD and Year End reporting, etc. The few times I have needed support, the team has been responsive in an appropriate amount of time based on the issue at hand. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lodgify.
Cons:
The only constant in hospitality is change. I wish Lodgify would have a pivot or sleep function. We sold and closed our hospitality business in one city, and began construction of a new business and properties elsewhere. We still needed a website (pre-opening marketing, email marketing capture, announcements, blog posts etc). But we wouldn't be generating revenue for a decent amount of time. The only other issue (this was a few years ago) was that Booking.com was sooo confusing to use and didn't sync properly or well at the time, which created several issues with financials and double bookings. We are looking forward to getting back to revenue to see if this has changed.

You can gain bookings over a number of platforms and manage your business easer and seamlessly. Easy inbox messaging with AI options when communicating with clients.
Cons:
Finance and reporting tools are limited on the starter plans. Cannot see the full calendar on my laptop for the month on single use.

Time Saver with Great Customer Support

Overall, I have had a great experience with Lodgify. It saves me time managing my three (soon to be four) properties. The payment processing is user friendly for both hosts and guests. I find it extremely easy to manage my bookings in one place.

The customer support I receive with Lodgify is phenomenal. In addition to answering my questions, they follow up with detailed e-mails.
Cons:
There are a few bugs that I wish could be worked out (i.e., only allowing even hour check ins and check outs) and wish pricing wasn't quite as expensive.

Pros:
Streamlining the amount of work, it takes as a property manager, is what I was looking for. Lodgify allows multiple properties with customized pricing, guest communications and more. It has been pretty easy to use and what is not clear, they are happy to explain. This has been a great tool for me.
Cons:
Because messaging is in multiple places it takes me much longer than it should to know what I am working with. I think that process could be set up in a cleaner format.

Secured booking and timely messages to the guest. The calendar doesn’t make any conflicts. Efficient in handling bookings.
Cons:
Calendar is messy to track at a glance. The website booking and google doesn’t work in UK and also Vrbo.

Pricing function could be better than pricelabs, it was a bit confusing in the start but then I got hold of it.
