Access PeopleHR vs Paylocity: Which is best for you?

I am impressed by its ability to connect with other Access products, such as payroll and the Learning Management System (LMS), which greatly simplifies the task of adding employees to different platforms, ensuring they are readily available when needed.

Compared to other software options it does offer value for money, however I do not feel we use all of the functions available to optimise use, I wonder if this is down to time setting them up or training required.

The platform is intuitive and helps streamline HR processes, from payroll to benefits administration. While some features can be complex initially, the system’s customization options and strong support make it manageable.

The mobile app is not enabled to do many things that we ask our team members to do, i.e. updating direct deposit information, and enroll in benefits.
