While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.

  • We started using this about 4 years ago, as a way to help manage our schedule and payroll a bit better, and the idea that employees could swap shifts and have it only approved by MGMT online was very appealing.
  • You can not always resend an invite to a worker. If the worker does not accept and add it to their phone the first time, it is not always available to resend the invite to the worker a second time.
