    The on boarding training with [sensitive content hidden] was good - she was very helpful. She has taken away a few suggested improvements for the development team.

    I think the system needs significant improvements with automations. I struggle with the permissions and the general use experience.

    Nice and easy to use. The side menu and submenus are easy to navigate. The Glu E-learning will be a game-changer in our business.
    Cons:
    There isn't anything at this stage I don't like. We have only just started using the system, so we can't comment at this stage.

    The main factor was the Glu E-learning. Whilst most other functions are similar to those of other systems did not offer E-learning.

    Overall, my experience with BrightHR has been very positive. It has significantly simplified HR administration, especially for a small to mid-sized business without a large internal HR team. The platform centralizes employee records, absence tracking, documentation, and compliance tools in one easy-to-use system.
    Cons:
    There is a major issue with payroll functionality. The fund handling within payroll has caused serious problems, and it does not feel reliable for managing salary processes. Also we can not upload any file in related of the absents. (Just sick note uploading is available)

[sensitive content hidden] knows the system inside out and explained everything in a very straightforward way. The platform itself looks modern and easy to use, and it feels like it will help us keep HR processes clear and organised.

    As we have only just started using BrightHR, it is too early to comment on any drawbacks. We will have a clearer view once we have used the system day to day and worked through more of the features in practice.
