Helpful Introduction and Easy-to-Understand Training

The introductory Teams meeting was very informative and well-structured. The team clearly explained the services offered by Bright HR, and the tutorial on using the app was simple, practical, and easy to follow. The support provided during the session was helpful and professional.

Cons:

There were no issues encountered during the entire experience. Everything was well-organised, and the session ran smoothly from start to finish. The information provided was clear, and all aspects of the platform were explained in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The team was responsive, professional, and ensured that all questions were addressed promptly. There were no technical difficulties or areas of confusion during the tutorial. Overall, the process was seamless, and there were no areas that required improvement based on my experience.

A Positive Onboarding Experience with BrightHR

Our initial experience of BrightHR has been very positive. The platform appears well designed, practical and capable of bringing greater structure and efficiency to our HR processes. Leigh delivered a clear and well-paced onboarding session, which helped us understand the system’s core functionality and how it can best support our organisation. Her guidance gave us confidence in navigating the platform and making the most of its features. We’ve come away feeling confident in navigating the platform and clear on next steps. Pros:

The system is intuitive and straightforward to navigate. Key HR processes are centralised in one place, improving visibility and consistency. The document management and employee record functions are particularly useful. The dashboard provides a clear overview, making day-to-day management more efficient. It feels like a practical solution for streamlining HR administration and supporting compliance.

Cons:

As new users, there is a learning curve due to the breadth of functionality available. Some features may take time to fully explore and embed into our processes.

Support from the BrightHR team is good. The system generally isn't great and we intend to move to another system.

The on boarding training with [sensitive content hidden] was good - she was very helpful. She has taken away a few suggested improvements for the development team.

Cons:

I think the system needs significant improvements with automations. I struggle with the permissions and the general use experience.

Bright HR Review by Auriga Holdings

So far, as a new customer, the process has been very good. We were given access and then had a session with [sensitive content hidden] to understand the system, ask questions and deep dive into its features.

Pros:

Nice and easy to use. The side menu and submenus are easy to navigate. The Glu E-learning will be a game-changer in our business.

Cons:

There isn't anything at this stage I don't like. We have only just started using the system, so we can't comment at this stage.

Reasons for choosing BrightHR

The main factor was the Glu E-learning. Whilst most other functions are similar to those of other systems did not offer E-learning.

Great Service from Bright HR

Great - cannot fault the advice - platform needs a bit of work. However [sensitive content hidden] are an absolute asset to Bright HR do not lose them they are work their weigh in gold. As are all your HR members

Advice given is brilliant - we have been supported so well during a lot of change and uncertainty within the company

Cons:

Platform is a bit clunky but we have suggested a number of ideas which are being considered. Could do with making the notification box more than 175 characters

Pros:

Overall, my experience with BrightHR has been very positive. It has significantly simplified HR administration, especially for a small to mid-sized business without a large internal HR team. The platform centralizes employee records, absence tracking, documentation, and compliance tools in one easy-to-use system.

Cons:

There is a major issue with payroll functionality. The fund handling within payroll has caused serious problems, and it does not feel reliable for managing salary processes. Also we can not upload any file in related of the absents. (Just sick note uploading is available)

Great experience so far

[sensitive content hidden] took us through the software patiently and knowledgeably, she asked what we wanted to use it for and focused on these areas which was really helpful. really looking forward to rolling it out to the rest of the staff

Very helpful for our company to track holidays, absences and HR documents. We have now started using Bright Safe for all our H&S needs

A Great Start with BrightHR – Clear Onboarding and a System That Looks Easy to Use

Very positive so far. The onboarding was clear, practical, and well paced, and we came away feeling confident about getting started. BrightHR looks like a strong system and we are excited to begin using it across the business.

The onboarding with our Account Manager, [sensitive content hidden] was the best part. [sensitive content hidden] has only been with BrightHR for a few months, but you would not know it. [sensitive content hidden] knows the system inside out and explained everything in a very straightforward way. The platform itself looks modern and easy to use, and it feels like it will help us keep HR processes clear and organised.

Cons:

As we have only just started using BrightHR, it is too early to comment on any drawbacks. We will have a clearer view once we have used the system day to day and worked through more of the features in practice.

Payroll Querry

I felt really reassured and felt [sensitive content hidden] quickly understood the problem, cared for us and wanted to resolve for us quickly

We had an error in payroll submissions due to a misunderstanding and this was causing issues and stress at our club. [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Support and [sensitive content hidden] the Payroll Senior Manager provided support and reassurance initially on a call and then 30 mins later via a TEAMS call

Cons:

Initial difficulty in resolving the payroll issue we had. We we had been promised the position would be rectified
